Claire is a well-rounded, dynamic, intelligent and highly valued member of the team. She, as the practice manager, is responsible for the day to day running and administrative functions of the practice, including but not limited to liaising with medical aids, dealing with claims, practice advertising, creative content development and wellness days. As the practice manager, and having run two successful independent businesses of her own, Claire understands the value of clients. She values the sacred and personal relationships that we share with our clients in the practice and is therefore continually ensuring that the psychologists and tutor spend their time interfacing with the clients and providing quality service.

Additionally, as an experienced and qualified teacher, Claire has assisted in the development of the Study methods programme run by the practice. This programme, which we have been running for three years, has proven to be very successful. It was developed for children between the grades of 4-7. Furthermore, using her creativity and knowledge of child development (gained as a teacher and as a mother) Claire also assists in creating various therapeutic activities for use within the practice. As an avid reader, a further role fulfilled by Claire is, when necessary, to assist the team with latest research available in aspects/topics pertaining to their profession. 

Claire is not only our Practice manager, but also the events Co Ordinator for our wellness days. She has a keen interest in these events, and puts her skills as a business women and educator to work in developing, alongside the psychologists in the practice, the most wonderful experiences for our clients, both corporate and private.
