Dylan Benyon

I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. I have immense respect for the values that underpin counselling psychology and strive to integrate them into my practice, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships with my clients. My approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, helping individuals recognize and utilize their own resources to promote personal and professional growth.
My training includes both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural therapies, complemented by solution-focused and positive psychology interventions. I am particularly passionate about career assessment, guidance, and counselling, supporting individuals at various stages of their scholastic and professional journeys—from school readiness and subject choice to career transitions and development.
I am committed to creating a supportive and empowering space where clients can explore their potential, navigate challenges, and build fulfilling futures.
