Megan Redgard
I’m a Clinical Psychologist and work within the psychoanalytic and psychodynamic space, offering a warm and thoughtful place to explore the deeper layers of your experience—unconscious patterns, early relationships, and unspoken emotional conflicts. I believe that lasting change comes not from fixing symptoms alone, but from making sense of the stories, wounds, and patterns that shape how we feel, relate, and live.
While my work is grounded in depth-oriented therapy, I also draw on more practical approaches where helpful, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), group-based processes, and mentalisation-based interventions. Therapy with me is a collaborative space—sometimes deep and reflective, sometimes structured and skills-focused—depending on what feels most supportive for you.
I’ve supported individuals across clinical, academic, and community settings, and I’m especially attuned to how early experiences shape our inner world and relationships. Therapy offers a space where old patterns can be gently noticed, where pain is met with understanding, and where what once felt unbearable can be carried together. I walk alongside my clients with warmth, curiosity, and care—welcoming all that arises. This process can be slow, sometimes painful, but it’s also deeply meaningful. It opens the way toward a more honest, compassionate, and grounded connection with yourself and the world around you.
