These can include but are not limited to stress, grief, depression, struggling with managing your child’s behaviour effectively, relationship issues, low self-confidence etc.

It is important to remember that psychologists work with all sorts of people with all sorts of issues, ranging from mild to severe. Avoiding the problem is not the same as solving it. Allow yourself time to consider the possibility of asking for help.
